It is general information, not advice about your property. We try hard to get it right and we check it against primary sources, but:

When you submit a form you are asking us to contact you about an inspection. Please give us accurate information — a wrong property address or square footage means a wrong price and a wasted trip for both of us.
Don't send us confidential or sensitive material through a website form. It's a contact form, not a secure channel. If you need to get something sensitive to us, call and we'll work out a better way.

Inspections are performed by Matthew Cordrey, licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a home inspector, license number HI19048. Under Florida law a home inspection license is held by an individual, not by a company — so the license belongs to Matthew personally, and SurePoint Home Inspections LLC is the business he operates through.
You can verify the license yourself at the Florida DBPR licensee search. We would encourage it, for us and for anyone else you're considering.
An inspection report is prepared for the client who ordered it and paid for it. It reflects the condition of the property, as observed, on the day of the inspection.
